Information we use
We process the website URLs, business goals and hosting information you submit, public page content, optional selected provider reports you authorize your assistant to share, search-answer samples, and the resulting audit. Shared reports can include aggregate search, citation and acquisition metrics. Findable does not receive your other MCP connections or ongoing provider access. Do not submit passwords, private documents or confidential customer data. Anyone with an audit's secret ID or link can read its result. Result links expire 7 days after the audit starts. Save an audit to your account before its link expires to keep access. Findable retains audits and reuses recent public website research. Customer-provided data stays private. Keep the link private unless you choose to share it. You can create a separate share link for a saved report. Anyone with that link can read the whole report, including any data you supplied. Share links expire 7 days after creation. You can stop sharing from your saved report. We record successful link copies and browser opens in Findable’s database. These counts can include repeat activity and automated browsers; they do not measure unique people or prove that someone sent a link. Link expiry ends anonymous access, not storage. You can save a specific report to your signed-in account before its link expires. We retain anonymous and saved audits, and reuse recent research collected only from public websites. We keep customer-provided goals and provider data out of that reusable research. Competitor research may include sourced, publicly listed business contact addresses for manual review. Findable does not draft or send outreach. We use your email if you choose to sign in. This site does not accept payments.
Who processes it
We use Vercel to host the website, Neon for rate limits, encrypted audit records, account-to-audit links, report sharing counts and public research, AWS S3 for earlier encrypted audit results, OpenAI to analyze submitted context and public website evidence and to collect independent web-search answer samples, our shared Accounts service for optional sign-in, and Resend for email. We request that OpenAI not store the response as application state; OpenAI's applicable API data policies still apply. Sentry receives technical error reports. We do not send audit text to our website analytics, and we disable page analytics on audit result, shared report and account pages. An analytics provider (PostHog), to understand how the site is used: pages visited, clicks, and how the site performs. It never receives your payment details, what you type, or your address. You can turn it off with "Do not track me" at the bottom of any page.
